I like the look of Element Browser but since Firefox 3 is Open Source you should try tweaking some things in it and make it more nicer, faster, etc.
Or even make a Windows Vista IE7 version of Firefox 3 without the use of skins!

Sounds good, but I wouldn't use it's features + I like to keep the Longhorn-style Firefox looks :)
