This one is very old, i don't recommend using these.
What do you want exactly - the theme or the shellstyles here?

I really just wanted the theme (with the unique taskbar, especially). I'm not computer-savvy, but I'm adventurous!

how do i use this thing? i'm used to .msstyles or .theme files.. i have no idea what to do with this .dll

If you are using a msstyles skin, it usually has a folder called "Shell" and sub folder "NormalColor" copy and replace the new shellstyle,dll there and reapply the skin.
