First you'll need to submit the journal. After that click the journal tab on your profile, select edit journal entries, and right click the latest journal, and select copy link location, then click edit that journal entry, go to options, and under header replace the link by replacing JOURNALURL, it should look something like this:

For a CIA stamp, paste this in the content:

If you want to change the font, go to options/CSS and everywhere where it's Times New roman, replace it with the name if your font, like Arial.
