Customization / Desktop Screenshots / Windows

It's already a month and few weeks that I've been working on vista. Why? The answer is simple: Vista is nicer, more user friendly and has more multimedia possibilities. Configured to all my needs now with utilities. Working with Files and Folders is much easier then it could ever be on XP. All required programs that I NEED just work. Even Desktop Sidebar which was released somewhere around 2001. I'm not talking about tools like P2K Commander which I REALLY didn't expect to work. Even my All NES and Sega games collections CD works. By the way, programs work about 5% faster then in XP. Another thing that I like about vista is Multimedia possibilities. Enhanced Windows Audio/Vide Experience really rocks, the music sounds much better then in XP (I even started building a tidy Music Collection with Cover Art (for media center) Speaking of which, MCE is v good too, as I mentioned before, But now I discovered some v good functions in it. One of them is complete interface skinning...

There are many other good things I can say about vista, but to point out a really BAD thing: Games? No, not on vista... especially with my old system. Technically games like Half Life 2 Episode Two work and work good, but I couldn't not notice that the graphics quality is lower, on XP it was somehow antialised (smoothend) but on vista - it's kinda sharp. So XP4Gamez... But I don't game much, so I'm most of the time on vista, alsmost all my recent deviations were created using vista.
Oh and SP1? Dunno if it's released but I can't wait to install it.

As for my deviations, I'll be slowly migrating my customization work to vista. As in WB skins, maybe TGT soft will fork up something for msstyles, media center, sidebar etc... Though I will release deviations for XP too, but face it, most of us will be on vista sooner or later... I personally suggest dual boot with XP. And one last thing, since I've been a while on vista, the passion of skinning XP to Vista is kinda gone. I even restored default MCE Media Center, royale and wallpaper. XP is XP, not Vista or something else...

Vista is nice yes, but when i bought it my mp3 player worked with it, vista recognized it as a usb mass storage device, but now for some reason vista wants to recognize it as an mp3 player...which it is an mp3 player, but theres no new driver that works with vista for my mp3 player..and it doesnt recognize it as a storage device anymore...sucks man

I personally prefer mass storage device, coz synchronizing with wmp is harder then just draging and dropping I think.
