Only for Vista Home Basic users
You also need a aero capable video card

There has been a registry workaround that enabled "aero" on home basic for ages, but it wasn't real aero, it was just aero standard theme - without transparency, but recently several theme makers found a bug in Vista Style Builder that allows to disable the non-transparent background, thus, allowing to have aero in vista home basic.
Killermole23 applied this exploit to the default aero theme and now you can have the premium experience on vista home basic :)

Please note that this exploit will enable aero only on supported hardware, it will NOT enable aero on machines that can't run aero... sorry.

Does this mean HB can run any theme with Aero graphics or only ones that are made for this work around?

Those themes need a small patch, and then yeah, any will work on Basic
