To use this skin in a newer Vistart build - just copy the resources folder to C:\program files\vistart

I have to say, one of the reasons I like Vista is the overlapping interface.

In other words, shorten the actual menu top, keep the icon holder where it is.

I know that, I use ViStart.

All I mean is one of the little perks that I like about Vista is that the start menu icon is overlapped, and I would like this skin to do that too.
