Suggestion:

Make seperator color GBR 139 for FindeXer, and add Segoe UI font to your Vista-pack in Extra.

others same except font 11 and 12: must be 18

Haha...i figured it out myself :"> ... the problem is about the styler toolbar . it style the window frame accidentally and it conflict with window blind skin frame . After i tried turned styler off . Yah hoo :X

This looks like a Windowblinds configuration issue. It seems to occur on your system only (for now), since my beta testers didn't complain about this issue ever. Sorry, but I can't help you with that...

i tried reinstalling all the Segoe UI related fonts and same problem occur when i reboot the comp . i need to check and uncheck the box " i do not want to use text effect everytime i start window :(

i got a small problem when using ur Vista Ultimate beta 6 . it' s about the font that each time i start up my comp the title of the window become too bright . ( as u can see in the picture )
When i check the box" i do not want to use shadow and outline text effect " , apply and then uncheck again and apply it turn back normal . can u give me sum advise ..

Yes, there are special tools to make them. Logons - logonstudio, bootscreens - bootskin, sidebar - windows sidebar styler, vistart - startmenu.png
In all those programs you need image editing tools like photoshop.
But not everything in customization has tools, editing dlls, wmp skins, vista msstyles and other simmilar stuff requires ResHack, PE Explorer, Restorator and a little HEX knowledge.
